The definitions come from Wiki's because I'm lazy and suck at describing things.
Alchemy
A concept that holds a large influence over the Golden Sun series as a whole, and is closely related to the realized concepts of the Elements and that which may be used to control elements, Psynergy. This subject is somewhat difficult to grasp and has some speculator aspects to it because of how vaguely explained it is in the games and how stated information about it may be pieced together in different ways to allow for different conclusions to be drawn. The plot elements termed the Golden Sun and the Stone of Sages are closely related components of Alchemy,
Elemental Lighthouses - Comprise four elemental components of the seal placed on Alchemy. Each one is aligned with a different element. When the proper Elemental Stars are cast into the wells at their summits, the Lighthouses' respective Elemental Beacons are lit from the Stars, and these spheres of energy are purified essences of each element that output elemental energy across the world of Weyard.
Elemental Stars - Four orbs of elemental power that play a central role in the Golden Sun series. Each Elemental Star is based on one of the four elements. They appear as small, perfectly round objects resembling precious or semi-precious stones. These treasures were guarded by the town of Vale and were hidden deep within the puzzling Sol Sanctum up until the events early in Golden Sun.
Psynergy
The form of magic featured in the video game series Golden Sun. It similar to what is called Ki in the Fuchin Temple/Xian region of the continent of Angara. Ki, explained by the master, is energy from the body and has limits and Psynergy originates from the mind and is limitless. It is the ability to conjure sorcerous effects based on the elements and fueled by the spiritual power of the person's mind; a similar but distinct art exists in the form of Chi, which is the concept of harnessing the energy of one's body to achieve more physical effects.
