Communication

 Because Matthew is a silent hero, he does not speak (Unless you count near the end of the game where he curses lol!). He does have a way of communicating, although that can be a tricky thing (especially playing the game.... B|). He communicates in the form emoticons.

In order to keep the spirit of his character, I'll be going by this system. How will you know what exactly he's saying? That's a good question considering all during the game I meant something else and they took it as something else.

I will add in parenthesis of what he means to say. It's really up to your muses how they take it, considering it's kind of hard to tell in the first place and if he only communicates with emoticons I don't really blame you for any confusion you or the muse might have at first.

Here's just a small example of what I mean....

On Talon Peak: Karis: (After Ryu Kou left) "I can't believe we lost the Slap Glove and the Magma Orb all at once... Makes it hard to figure out what our next move is, huh?"

(If Matthew responds with anger) "Wow...graphic. But you're right-we can probably find Ryu Kou in Belinsk and get some payback."

Don't worry though! I do intend on giving you (and me,,,) a guide you can go by!

That's the gist of it, anyways. While I won't post these up all the time, I will be using the emoticons themselves.
